ORENOA Terms and Conditions of Sale · updated 30 September 2026
1. Seller. ORENOA is a collection sold by SAS HERBORA, 12 Rue de la Part-Dieu, 69003 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 894 794 197, SIRET 894 794 197 00026, VAT FR44894794197. Contact: contact@orenoa.art, with “ORENOA” in the subject line.
2. Products. We sell prints of original digital illustrations, printed on fine art paper, in the sizes, finishes and prices described on each product page. The visible grain is reproduced flat on the paper. The Noéa Varen signature is digital; Noéa Varen is a fictional artistic identity of the studio, and not a natural person signing by hand. Each artwork offered as a limited edition comprises 30 prints in total, across all sizes and finishes, numbered from 1/30 to 30/30. A certificate of authenticity accompanies the print.
3. Prices and orders. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Shipping is included in Spain and France, the two countries we deliver to today. The payment methods available are those offered at secure checkout. Before confirming, you can check the items, the finish, the address and the total cost. The order confirmation is sent to you by email. The sale is concluded when the order is accepted and confirmed. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, in particular unavailability or an obvious error; any amount already collected is then refunded.
4. Delivery. Only the countries offered at checkout are served. Rates, terms and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and in the summary shown before payment. Unless another date has been agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the parcel is physically handed over.
5. Cancellation, returns and guarantees. The order is sent to our print studio 12 hours after payment. Until then, cancellation is free by simple email to contact@orenoa.art. After that, production begins and the shipment can no longer be stopped. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to standard prints, even though they are printed to order; it may be exercised up to 14 days after receipt of the artwork. If you withdraw, the return is at your expense, the artwork must come back intact in its original packaging (or equally protective packaging), and the refund is made within 14 days of your decision to withdraw; it may be withheld until we receive the return or proof that it has been sent. A reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to check the item may be deducted. Full details are set out in the returns and refund policy. Print damaged on delivery: free replacement on photos sent within 7 days of receipt. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply independently of this right. If a product is damaged or non-conforming, write to contact@orenoa.art; return costs needed to exercise the statutory guarantees are not at your expense. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
6. Intellectual property. The artworks, texts and visual elements of the site remain protected by the rights of their holders. Buying a print does not transfer any right of reproduction or commercial exploitation.
7. Personal data. The processing of the data needed for your order is described in the privacy policy available on the shop.
8. Complaints and disputes. Please contact us first at contact@orenoa.art so that we can look for an amicable solution. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers in other countries of the mandatory protections granted to them by their applicable law. The competent courts are determined by the legal rules applicable to consumers.
