Refund policy

Cancellation before production. Your order is sent to our print studio 12 hours after payment. Until then, you can cancel free of charge by simple email to contact@orenoa.art, stating “ORENOA” and your order number: we refund you in full. After that, production begins and the shipment can no longer be stopped; you keep your right of withdrawal described below.

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receipt of the artwork (the last item in your order) to inform us, without giving any reason, of your decision to withdraw. Prints offered in the standard sizes and finishes are not presented as personalised items: printing them to order does not remove this right. Write to contact@orenoa.art stating “ORENOA”, your order number and your decision, clearly expressed.

Return. You then have 14 days to send the artwork back, at your own expense. It must reach us intact, in its original packaging (or, failing that, in equally protective packaging). Contact us before shipping to receive return instructions suited to the parcel; the seller’s postal address is SAS HERBORA, 12 Rue de la Part-Dieu, 69003 Lyon, France. Handle the print only as far as necessary to establish its nature and characteristics: a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond this simple check may be deducted from the refund, within the limits of the law.

Refund. We refund the artwork and, if you withdraw from the entire order, the original delivery costs up to the amount of standard delivery, within 14 days of your decision to withdraw; we may wait until we receive the returned artwork or proof that it has been sent, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the original payment method.

Print damaged on delivery. Send us photos of the artwork and its packaging at contact@orenoa.art within 7 days of receipt, with “ORENOA” and your order number: we will send you a new print free of charge. For a wrong or non-conforming product, or after that period, write to us in the same way: we will arrange, at no cost to you, the remedy provided by the statutory guarantees, in particular bringing the product into conformity or a refund, as appropriate. Return costs for a defective product are not your responsibility. The statutory guarantee of conformity and your other mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
