Shipping policy

Prints are made to order by our partner print studio, then shipped to the address given at checkout. We currently deliver to Spain and France, the two countries offered at checkout. For the artworks in this collection, tracked delivery is included in the price in Spain and France. Any restrictions are shown before you confirm your purchase. No hidden shipping charge is added afterwards.

A confirmation email is sent after your purchase. We send you a tracking link as soon as it is available. Any delivery times shown at checkout are estimates of production and transport. Unless another date has been agreed with you, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If this deadline is not met, contact us at contact@orenoa.art, mentioning “ORENOA” and your order number; your statutory rights regarding late delivery continue to apply.

Please check your address before ordering. Let us know of any correction as soon as possible; once the parcel has shipped, a change may no longer be possible. If the parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us with your order number and, if possible, photos. Until the parcel is physically handed over, the risk of loss or damage lies with SAS HERBORA. We will look for a solution at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights.
